O.Shlapak: President approves procedure of crossing Ukrainian boarder for Russian Black Sea fleet units
First Deputy Chief of Staff of Presidential Secretariat Olexandr Shlapak informed media at today’s briefing that President Victor Yushchenko has approved the decision of NSDC on procedure of crossing Ukrainian boarder for servicemen, ships and aircrafts of Russia’s Black Sea fleet, which is deployed at the territory of Ukraine. With his Decree President also approved the procedure of coordination of activity of Russian Black Sea fleet units outside the places of their deployment with appropriate Ukrainian authorities.
Oleksandr Shlapak reminded that the decision had been adopted by the NSDC earlier today. |
