President expects reforms in coalmining industry
In his interview to media in Krasnoarmiysk town, Donetsk region President Victor Yushchenko said that he expects the Government to begin effective reforms in coalmining industry of Ukraine in 2009. According to him more private investors should be attracted to the industry to improve financing, increase wages and add extra workplaces.
He also suggested simplification of coalmining licenses issuing procedures for medium and small enterprises. According to President that would help decreasing spread of illegal mining. |
