President has begun to fulfill the promises made to the people since the first day

I have just signed the decree aimed at fighting poverty.

I promised the people that I would do everything to establish justice in this very difficult time for the country, to raise salaries and pensions. Today I have done it.

This decree I signed first.

The second decree, I have signed today, starts the process of immediate structural economic reforms that will enable to create strong economy in Ukraine.

Thus we create new jobs, give the people decent work and decent wages.

The third decree which I have signed is the decree establishing a system of eradication of corruption in Ukraine.

We have made the first three steps towards radical restructuring of the whole system of governance, which will now serve the people.

I would like to emphasize that every day of my tenure at the high post, which the people entrusted me, will be dedicated to a committed fight against poverty and changes of the life of our country.

We have set ourselves these goals.

And we will achieve them.
