President honors memory of Volodymyr MykhalevychPresident Viktor Yanukovych honored memory of prominent Ukrainian scientist Volodymyr Mykhalevych, who would have turned 80 on March 10. On President’s behalf flowers were laid upon the scientist’s grave at Baykove cemetery in Kyiv. Volodymyr Mykhalevych (1930 - 1994) was a famous Ukrainian scientist, founder of the Ukrainian school of theory of optimization. |
