President signs a number of bills into laws
President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych has signed a number of bills into laws.
These in particular were:
- Law of Ukraine "On Elections of Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Local Councils as well as Village, Town And City Heads”, which defines the basic principles of organization and holding the elections
- Law of Ukraine "On the Judicial System and Status of Judges", which determines the legal framework of the judiciary and the administration of justice in Ukraine
- Law of Ukraine "On Amending the Laws of Ukraine "On Public Procurement” and "On Organization and Holding Finals of the European Championship 2012 in Ukraine” to Ensure Implementation of Measures in the Framework of Preparation and Holding Euro 2012 Finals”
- Law of Ukraine "On Ratification of the Convention on the Establishment of a Scheme of Registration of Wills”.
President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych vetoed the Law of Ukraine "On Amending the Law of Ukraine "On State Control Over International Transfers of Military and Dual-use Equipment".
