President instructs speeding up improvement of conditions of doing business in Ukraine
With the aim of improving conditions for businessmen and investors in Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovych instructed Prime Minister Mykola Azarov to speed up preparation of alterations to the existing legislation in order to bring it into accordance with the Law “On State Supervision over Business Activity” and bring them in to the Parliament.
Among the alterations are introduction of administrative responsibility for violations in the area of state registration, simplification of the procedure of liquidation of legal entities, promotion of electronic registration of businesses, improvement of counteraction to illegal merger and acquisition, etc.
