Selection committee chooses three nominees for ECHR Ukrainian Judge post
Mykola Onishchuk, newly appointed Minister of Justice informed the media during the briefing that selection committee chose three candidates for a position of Judge from Ukraine in European Court of Human Rights.
After interviewing competition participants on December 18 selection committee chose three of them to nominate for a position of Judge from Ukraine in European Court of Human Rights. Nominates are Vasyl Marmazov – Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Stanislav Shevchuk – Jrofessor at chair of public law at the International Solomon University and Ganna Yudkivska – Lawyer at European Court of Human Rights. The list of candidates shall be forwarded to Council of Europe on December 20 where decision on the person to take post of Judge from Ukraine in European Court of Human Rights shall be made.
