In the course of the working trip to Ivano-Frankivsk region, President Petro Poroshenko examined the course of reconstruction of H-10 road (Stryi - Mamalyha). “Road construction is one of the main directions of the last two years,” the President said.

President Petro Poroshenko visited “Gadz” farm enterprise in Trybukhivtsi during the working trip to Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk region.

President Petro Poroshenko opened new enterprise “SE Bordnetze-Ukraine” - producer of cables and conductors for “Volkswagen” corporate group, which started functioning in Chortkiv, Ternopil region.

President Petro Poroshenko took part in the ceremony of laying flowers to the memorial sign “To the Heroes of Chornobyl” and memorial mound “To the Heroes of Chornobyl”.

President Petro Poroshenko signed the Decree “On Establishing Conditions for the Implementation of Rights of People with Disabilities” in the course of the meeting with representatives of civil society movement of people with disabilities that took place on the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the UN Convention for the Rights of People with Disabilities.

The President of Ukraine congratulated Shavkat Mirziyoyev on having been elected to the high post. The Heads of State noted mutual interest in the intensification of dialogue between Ukraine and Uzbekistan at all levels.

President Petro Poroshenko had a phone conversation with Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel.

President Petro Poroshenko and President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė took part in the second Ukraine-Lithuania economic forum. The Head of State invited the Lithuanian business to invest in Ukraine.

President Petro Poroshenko thanked Lithuania for supporting the Minsk agreements. “We really appreciate Lithuania’s consistent support for the clear implementation of the Minsk agreements and their major role in establishing peace,” Petro Poroshenko said at the joint press conference following the negotiations with President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė.
