The Ukrainian and Turkish sides coordinated their actions in the security format.
The visit of the Head of State to Germany and meaningful negotiations with Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel, President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and new Minister for Foreign Affairs Heiko Maas were extremely important. “Many of you should have noticed a powerful message: Germany has finally started calling the developments in the east of our state an aggression of Russia against a sovereign and independent Ukraine. This is a substantial diplomatic victory,” the President said.
