President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed decrees awarding the Cross of Military Merit distinctions to Soldier Oleksandr Aliksieienko and Junior Sergeant Oleksandr Tishaiev, serving in the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, for continuous combat operations at a frontline position for 165 consecutive days.

Of course, more systems are needed to protect key infrastructure sites and our cities across the entire territory of our state. And we will continue working to obtain them – not only at the political level with states and leaders but also directly with manufacturers of all necessary air defense systems and missiles for them.

I just held a meeting with the Prime Minister of Ukraine and the Minister of Social Policy, and I also spoke with the CEO of Naftogaz – we are preparing support programs for our people, for all Ukrainians, this winter.

In October, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held more than 40 meetings with national leaders, heads of international organizations, government officials, and representatives of partner teams; he also made around 20 phone calls, and participated in six forums, summits, and leader-level sessions.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has presented the highest state awards to Ukrainian warriors and handed the Orders of the Golden Star to the families of fallen Heroes.

Today I held several meetings on our foreign policy activity for the week ahead – covering weapons for Ukraine, financial support, and our shared political outcomes in relations between Ukraine and the European Union.

The organizers told the Head of State that during the exhibition, the pavilion was visited by over 3 million people from around the world, as well as over 140 official delegations.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Maliuk, Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Oleh Ivashchenko, Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha, and Advisor – Commissioner of the President for Sanctions Policy Vladyslav Vlasiuk to discuss the main directions of Ukraine’s ongoing sanctions efforts.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed two decrees enacting the decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on the application of personal, special economic, and other restrictive measures.

Oil exports are the foundation of Russia’s arrogance, and if sanctions are maintained and strengthened, Russia will suffer significant losses. They could amount to at least 50 billion dollars next year, which is a strong argument for Russia to develop a motive to end this war.
