Russia could have ended this war long ago – and we have proposed this. Partners have proposed this. Many times. Russia has rejected everything related to peace. Accordingly, we are defending ourselves.

First Ladies and Gentlemen, the President of Finland, Nobel laureates, scholars, and thinkers from more than 10 countries – Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Austria, Germany, Finland, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Tunisia, and Poland – delivered lectures and held meetings in Ukrainian educational and cultural institutions as part of the Fifth Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen, initiated by First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska.

It is crucial that pressure on Russia continues and intensifies across all jurisdictions. And one of the key targets for our actions is Russian trade in oil and other energy resources.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy congratulated film industry representatives – artists and students, future filmmakers – on Ukrainian Cinema Day, presented them with state awards, and conferred honorary titles.

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Ihor Brusylо, met with the Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Ukraine and UK Parliament Member for the Labour Party, Alex Sobel. The meeting was held as a follow-up to contacts between President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

On behalf of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a Ukrainian delegation led by the Advisor – Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for Children’s Rights and Child Rehabilitation, Daria Herasymchuk, visited Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador.

The President noted that it is necessary to finalize the process of developing security guarantees for Ukraine from European countries and to present the outcome to American partners.
