Today, Ukraine introduced sanctions. Russia continues its war, and in response, there must be our strong pressure with partners – pressure that is truly tangible for Russia, that brings them losses and that is felt politically.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed two decrees enacting decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine on the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures.

As part of an on-site meeting of the Barrier-Free Council, chaired by Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, along with other participants, reviewed the implementation of barrier-free projects in Borodyanka and Bucha.

On the Day of the Airborne Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which Ukraine will now mark annually on November 8, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy congratulated the warriors on their professional holiday, bestowed state awards on them, and presented a battle flag and an honorary distinction ribbon “For Courage and Bravery” to unit commanders.

Weak responses to Russian brazenness spur Russia to continue the war. We need so many sanctions, so much pressure, so much support for life that Russia is stripped of all means of existence in wartime.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has approved the appointment of Colonel Yurii Cherevashenko as Commander of Unmanned Air Defense Systems – Deputy Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The corresponding order was signed by Minister of Defense Denys Shmyhal.

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska took part in an off-site meeting of the Barrier-Free Council chaired by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko, which took place in Borodyanka.
