The Head of State thanked him for the meeting in Tirana on May 16, during which many important issues were discussed regarding joint security and bilateral cooperation.

The President and First Lady purchased books by Ukrainian and foreign authors for their personal library. The History of Tyranny from Caesar to Gaddafi” by Aldo Andrea Cassi, “Battleground: 10 Conflicts that Explain the New Middle East” by Christopher Phillips, and others.

Andriy Yermak expressed gratitude to Türkiye for providing the platform for the meeting with the Russian side in Istanbul on May 16; he also reaffirmed Ukraine’s readiness to continue negotiations with Russia to achieve a ceasefire and establish a just and lasting peace.
