The Head of the Office of the President, together with Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Olha Stefanishyna, Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov and Minister of Energy German Galushchenko, began his visit to the United States with a meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

The European Court of Human Rights has found the government of the Russian Federation responsible for the administrative practice of human rights violations in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
