The President of Ukraine submitted draft law №10394 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Ensuring Personal Voting by People's Deputies of Ukraine" to the Verkhovna Rada. It provides for criminal liability for MPs for the so-called “button pushing”. The draft law has an urgent status.

On June 21, the Presidential Administration of Ukraine held a discussion of the concept of "A State in a Smartphone" as one of the important components of the digital economy. The meeting was attended by representatives of international donors and technical assistance projects, including the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), the Swiss Cooperation Office (SDC), etc.

"In preparing the presidential decree on the early termination of the powers of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the legal validity of all the provisions was verified as thoroughly as possible and there were no doubts as to the unconstitutionality of the decree as a whole or its separate provisions. By its decision, the Constitutional Court only confirmed the validity of our legal position," Representative of the President in the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Fedir Venislavsky noted.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law amending the Law of Ukraine "On Electricity Market" regarding a new date for the introduction of the electricity market (No. 10376) and a draft law amending the article 9-1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Alternative Energy Sources" (No. 10375). It was stated by Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Cabinet of Ministers Andriy Gerus.
