To complete decentralization, it is necessary to amend the Constitution of Ukraine on relations between central and local authorities, as well as to adopt legislation on local referendums and on self-government in urban communities. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during the meeting of the Communities and Territories Development Council within the All-Ukrainian Forum "Ukraine 30".

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg discussed topical issues related to the implementation of Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic course and the possibility of deepening practical cooperation with the Alliance.

Ukraine does not stop cooperating with the International Monetary Fund, but to receive the next tranche it is necessary to make a number of decisions, including at the legislative level, which takes some time. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during an interview for Ukrainian TV channels in the framework of the All-Ukrainian Forum "Ukraine 30. Infrastructure".
