Ukraine's Internal Resilience Plan consists of ten points: "Unity", "Front", "Armament", "Money", "Energy", "Security", "Communities", "Human Capital", "Cultural Sovereignty" and "Heroes Policy". President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the contents of the plan in his speech at the Verkhovna Rada.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the 14th separate mechanized brigade named after Prince Roman the Great to meet with the defenders of Kupyansk.
