We also have some important news from the United States – America has approved a decision to provide $20 billion. These are funds sourced from frozen Russian assets. Part of the G7 decision on $50 billion for Ukraine – for our defense, for our resilience.

The MSEC system should be abolished. But for real and comprehensive change, we need to fully digitalize all stages of the disability assessment process.

It is obvious that Putin fears peace, which is why he is looking for ways to escalate the aggression and involve North Korea on the frontline. This is an obvious signal to the whole world as to who wants nothing but war.

We must continue working together, in unity, to achieve results for all of us – for all of Ukraine.

It is important to understand that nothing happens just like that. Strong positions are always needed for Ukraine. The capabilities of our state must always be increased. In times of war, results can only be earned. I thank everyone who makes this possible.

I am grateful to every leader and every state that has embraced our arguments on security and is ready to help in ways that can steer the current situation toward peace.

In November we will come up with a full-fledged document based on the Peace Formula, all the ten points, and we’ll share it for all including Russians at the Peace Summit.

We are about to have very active weeks working with our partners. Together with them, we have the strength to achieve a just peace.
