President of Ukraine

Speeches

We’re open to suggestions and perspectives from other countries. But for now, a clear, calculated vision of further actions together with partners is outlined in our Victory Plan. The key is to have the resolve to fulfill its points, and this will undoubtedly bring peace closer.

We truly feel your support, and we will always remember the heartfelt commitment of the Nordic nations in helping us defend our country, our people, our freedom. Thank you so much!

Today we have the chance to win in Eastern Europe, so that we do not have to fight later on the northern or other eastern fronts – in Baltics and Poland, or in the South – the Balkans where conflicts can easily be sparked, or in African nations whose issues are much closer to European societies than it might seem.

We can only win this war together – and only together can we save Ukraine. Not every man for himself, but all for Ukraine.

These are the conditions when the lack of partners' stronger decisions in support of Ukraine only encourages Putin to invest further in terror. The world is capable of stopping the war from unfolding. Abstractions and words are not enough for this – concrete steps are needed.

We must do everything to ensure that the next Peace Summit is held, which will put an end to the war – a just end. One that will reliably guarantee the security of our state and people.

There’s an internal part to this work. Positions on the frontline and in the rear. What needs strengthening. The issue of justice in Ukraine, which is especially pressing. Our economy – our jobs, the development of industries that are critical for Ukraine.

We also have some important news from the United States – America has approved a decision to provide $20 billion. These are funds sourced from frozen Russian assets. Part of the G7 decision on $50 billion for Ukraine – for our defense, for our resilience.

The MSEC system should be abolished. But for real and comprehensive change, we need to fully digitalize all stages of the disability assessment process.
