Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Oleh Tatarov met with OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine Ambassador Henrik Villadsen, National Legal Adviser Oleksandr Vodiannikov and Legal Reform Program Manager Vitaliy Hatseliuk.

Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine Olha Stefanishyna met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Italy Luigi Di Maio in Rome. The meeting was also attended by Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak.

As part of the presidential project "A State in a Smartphone", Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov and Country Manager of Microsoft in Ukraine Jan Peter De Jong signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation. The signing took place in the Office of the President of Ukraine.

It is with great sadness that we learned that a citizen of the United States of America, an employee of the American embassy in Kyiv, had died in the hospital. A woman with a head injury was found on September 30 by passers-by on the street near the railway in the Shevchenko district of the capital. She had four children and a husband. We express our sincere condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of the deceased.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak emphasizes that holding local elections in the territory of Donbas not controlled by Ukraine is possible only after full deoccupation, settlement of all security issues and under observance of OSCE standards.
