Ukraine and Ireland have approved a partnership roadmap for at least the next five years. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this following his meeting with Taoiseach Micheál Martin.

We approved the Roadmap on Partnership between our countries – Ukraine and Ireland – for at least the next five years. We hope that during this period, Ukraine will already be a member of the European Union, and we are thankful to you for your support along this path. We appreciate that Ireland always approaches issues of pressure on Russia honestly and with principle, and primarily these are issues of sanctions and sanctions policy.

In Dublin, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska held a meeting with President of Ireland Catherine Connolly during their first official visit to the country.

In November, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held more than 20 meetings with leaders of states and international organizations, government representatives, and partner teams, as well as nearly 35 phone conversations.

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, together with First Lady of France Brigitte Macron, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha, and Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo, took part in the opening of the Ukrainian Season in France.

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska took part in the signing of a memorandum introducing a Ukrainian-language audio guide at the Cluny Museum – National Museum of the Middle Ages in Paris, as well as a declaration launching Ukrainian-language audio guides in an additional 14 museums that are part of Paris Musées.

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, First Lady of France Brigitte Macron, and Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noël Barrot took part in a meeting held within the framework of the President of Ukraine’s initiative, Bring Kids Back UA.

During his visit to France, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Éric Trappier, Сhairman and CEO of the aerospace company Dassault Aviation. The parties discussed promising areas of cooperation, including within the framework of the declaration signed on November 17 by the Presidents of Ukraine and France, as well as the possibility of localization in our country.

During her visit to France, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, together with Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha and Director General of the Ukrainian Institute Volodymyr Sheiko, met at the Sorbonne with the country’s academic community and the heads of leading educational institutions.

Principled positions now, in preparing the relevant agreement, are what will ensure the long-term peace after this war. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this during the joint press conference with President of France Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace in Paris.
