The leaders discussed the nuances of diplomatic work in planning the peace process and agreed to continue coordinating.

The Head of State shared details of the diplomatic efforts of Ukraine, the United States, and Europe. For Ukraine, it is important that all partners who have stood with us since the very start of this war are fully informed about the situation.

The Head of State briefed them on the work with American and European partners on the plan for ending the war and the next steps.

The President stressed the significance of implementing the agreements between Ukraine and the Netherlands very promptly.

In the coming days, consultations with our partners will take place on the steps needed to end the war. I have signed the decree approving the composition of Ukraine’s delegation, and I have also authorized all the relevant directives.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska honored the victims of the Holodomor of 1932–1933, as well as the mass man-made famines of 1921–1922 and 1946–1947.

These are barrier-free spaces for adolescents and young people, combining leisure, trusting communication, peer-to-peer support, and professional psychosocial assistance.

During the meeting, they discussed Ukraine’s defense needs and the prospects for joint defense production. Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked Lithuania for joining the PURL initiative and contributing to the procurement of American weapons.

The Head of State briefed them on the proposals from the U.S. side for ending the war and on contacts with partners in Europe and the United States. The leaders of Ukraine, the European Council, and the European Commission value the commitment of the United States and President Donald Trump to bringing the war to an end and are working in concert to ensure this becomes a joint and fully aligned plan.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Mark Rutte discussed the available diplomatic options and the plan proposed by the American side. The parties are ready to work swiftly and constructively to ensure the plan succeeds; they are also coordinating the next joint steps.
