President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the frontline positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during a working trip to the area of the Joint Forces Operation. In particular, he visited the disengagement area № 3 “Petrivske”.

During a working visit to the JFO area, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak visited the memorial to the deceased passengers of Zlatoustivka - Donetsk bus. This bus was shelled from BM-21 Grad on January 13, 2015 by the militants. As a result of the tragedy, 12 passengers were killed and another 19 were wounded.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the JFO area in the Donetsk region. The Head of State got himself acquainted with the work of the 66th Military-Mobile Hospital.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy started his working trip to the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. The President will also get himself acquainted with the operational situation in one of the disengagement areas.

The Head of State paid tribute to his fellow countrymen who went through the hell of the Nazi concentration camps and passed all the challenges. "On this day in 1945, in one of the largest concentration camps in Nazi Germany, Buchenwald, the prisoners rebelled and took control of the situation. And soon the troops of the anti-Hitler coalition completed their liberation. At that difficult time, people of different nationalities, views, and faiths came together to cast off a yoke of the regime of antihumanism. Eternal memory to the martyrs and victims of World War II,” the President of Ukraine said.

Pursuant to the instruction of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, this aircraft will also bring home 10 South Korean nationals who have expressed a desire to return home but have been unable to depart from Ukraine due to restrictions of international air travel.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone conversation with Prime Minister of the Italian Republic Giuseppe Conte. The Head of State expressed Ukraine’s sincere solidarity with the Italian people who are now undergoing difficult challenges caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a traditional meeting on combating coronavirus. Particular attention was paid to the situation in the Mykolaiv region, where no patients with COVID-19 have been recorded yet.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in discussed the current situation and global and regional counteraction to the spread of COVID-19 during a phone conversation.

“With these programs, we will save jobs as well as some of our tax payments. It is us who must protect small businesses now. And it is small businesses that maintain our economy,” the President stressed.
