Ending Russia’s war is possible through collective strong pressure and the joint development, together with Europe and the United States, of a multi-component air defense system. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during his speech at the annual Yalta European Strategy (YES) meeting.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented state awards to the First Ladies of Finland and Estonia and the First Gentleman of Denmark, who came to Ukraine to participate in the Fifth Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen. Ukraine’s First Lady Olena Zelenska also took part in the ceremony.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Ukraine, General Keith Kellogg, who arrived in Kyiv on a visit.

The Head of State also emphasized that with this attack, Russia sought to test both the political reaction of the North Atlantic Alliance and its physical ability to repel such strikes.

In Kyiv, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with President of Finland Alexander Stubb in a one-on-one format, as well as in an expanded format.

The leaders walked along the Alley of Remembrance, near St. Michael's Golden-Domed Cathedral, and stopped at the Wall of Remembrance to honor the fallen heroes.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a call with Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Keir Starmer, President of the Council of Ministers of Italy Giorgia Meloni, and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
