President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone conversation with President of Russia Vladimir Putin. The parties expressed content over the results of the fulfillment of the agreements within the first stage on the path to normalization of the dialogue.

"Next we will approach the liberation of all our people and continue the separation of troops within the Minsk process in two stages: Zolote - Petrivske, then - separation throughout the territory, ceasefire and the end of war," the Head of State noted at the Boryspil International Airport.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met the liberated Ukrainians at the Boryspil International Airport. The Head of State shook hands with each of them. Volodymyr Zelenskyy also took the bracelets with the names of the Ukrainian sailors off his hand and gave them to the sailors. He promised to wear them until the boys are back home.

During the meeting, the Head of State noted the strong support for Ukraine by both chambers of the US Congress. He thanked the Senators from the Ukrainian Caucus for their personal contribution to the formation of this support.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy urged the Verkhovna Rada to approve the draft law on amendments to Article 80 of the Constitution of Ukraine on the immunity of MPs, and noted that with the abolition of the immunity, the possibility of instituting criminal proceedings against the deputies would emerge.They will still be immune to political decisions and positions.

In particular, the Head of State commissioned Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk and Minister of Finance Oksana Markarova to submit a bill on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2020, which will stimulate economic growth, to the Parliament by September 15, 2019.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy commissioned the new government to improve the business climate in the country, revise the labor legislation and introduce a single e-services system in cooperation with the Parliament.
