Full life in the territories of the western regions of Ukraine affected by the flood will be restored as soon as possible. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the air of the program Right to Power on 1+1 TV channel.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that within a maximum of one and a half months, another 28 new apartments will be handed over to the citizens affected by the explosion in an apartment building in Kyiv.

During an urgent working trip to the Ivano-Frankivsk region, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy personally watched the consequences of the flood in the region. The Head of State flew over the territories affected by the natural disaster and got himself acquainted with the course of the liquidation of the emergency situation.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in the Ivano-Frankivsk region on a working trip. The Head of State will personally inspect the territories of the region affected by the floods.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Intelligence Committee established on June 17, 2020 by Presidential Decree 230/2020.

With observance of the measures developed by the Government of Ukraine to curb the spread of coronavirus, there can be no significant increase in the number of patients. This was announced by Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov during a traditional conference call chaired by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on preventing the spread of COVID-19 after studying the issue with epidemiologists.

The heads of state discussed the situation in the world against the backdrop of the coronavirus pandemic, as well as measures to overcome this disease and minimize its consequences for the society and economies of the two countries.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy demands that the government find a systematic decision to address the problem of annual flooding in the western regions of Ukraine. He made this statement during a conference call on the consequences of bad weather in the west of the country, at which Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal reported on the latest information on the emergency situation in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.

Pursuant to the instruction of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and Minister of the Interior Arsen Avakov flew immediately to the Ivano-Frankivsk region affected by the bad weather. They will hold a meeting with the commission on technogenic and ecological safety and emergencies there.
