The team of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy worked out a bill aimed at enhancing lustration. It was stated by the President in his video address on July 11. According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, lustration should be related to the persons holding office of President of Ukraine, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Prosecutor General, Head of the Security Service, Chairmen of the Antimonopoly Committee and the State Property Fund, Heads of the State Fiscal Service and the Customs Service, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council and heads of the defense enterprises from February 23, 2014 to May 19, 2019.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy took part in the ceremony of transfer and acceptance of a new safe confinement (NSC) over the destroyed unit № 4 of Chernobyl NPP state-owned specialized enterprise. As the Head of State noted, the building was created by joint efforts of dozens of countries to protect the planet and humanity from the global problem that has no borders - radiation pollution.

On July 10, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the Boryspil multiprofile hospital for intensive care in Kyiv region. A series of violations and inconsistencies with normative requirements have been registered in its activity and sanitation conditions. Many rooms are not renovated. And among those visited by the Head of State, the therapeutics department and dining facility are in the worst conditions. These are obsolete buildings that require major renovations. In addition, the patient capacity of the institution is not enough.
