The forum will discuss the restoration and development of infrastructure in Ukraine. In particular, the continuation of the National Program "Large Construction", financing of long-term projects and the role of international partners in this process. Forum participants will explain the logic of decision-making on infrastructure financing priorities.

As a state, Ukraine respects the traditions and cultural values of persons belonging to national minorities living on its territory and must adopt a new law that will regulate the protection of their identity and equality. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine chaired by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy took place. The parties discussed a number of important issues in the military, energy and state security spheres.

Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Roman Leshchenko together with Acting Chairman of the State Geocadastre Oleksiy Pinchuk, Acting Chairman of the State Space Agency Mykhailo Lev and leading employees of the Research Institute of Geodesy and Cartography, USAID Agro Project Manager Serhiy Kubakh presented a pilot project of the National Geospatial Data Infrastructure to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy urges the Verkhovna Rada to remove from the Law “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Resumption of Contests for Civil Service Positions and Other Civil Service Issues” of February 16, 2021 the provisions restricting the performance of powers by deputy ministers, if the position of the minister is vacant.

This was discussed at a meeting chaired by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the strategy of European and Euro-Atlantic integration, as well as on foreign policy vectors.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy supports the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada in the first reading of amendments to the Tax and Customs Codes of Ukraine, which provide for preferential customs clearance of cars with European registration.

"The judicial system in Ukraine today is one of the biggest problems. First of all, for ordinary Ukrainians who do not hope for justice in the courts and do not feel the protection of the judiciary. But there are also other problems such as attracting investment, the image of Ukraine. All Ukraine's international partners put emphasis on judicial reform, and we need to do it," the President said.

On February 17 this year, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a list of 94 digital transformation projects. The strategy is a reflection of all government activities and contains clear plans for its digitization - transition to modern, transparent and automated rules. The projects of digital transformation for the next three years are: e-notary, e-property, e-urban planning, e-school, e-social protection, e-migration, e-hospital, e-permit, etc.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed the activities of Ukraine in the PACE with the representatives of the Ukrainian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Office of the President.
