President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone call with Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk.
The Head of State thanked the Polish Prime Minister for his support and full understanding of the security situation and all existing threats.
“Nothing and no one will break Ukraine and its President in their fight against Russian aggression. I assured him that he can count on the full solidarity of Poland and Europe with the Ukrainian people,” the Polish Prime Minister wrote on X.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Donald Tusk discussed what exactly could strengthen our positions and our ability to defend ourselves against Russia’s aggression.
The President briefed him on Ukraine’s defense needs. The Head of State emphasized that Russian strikes and Russia’s destabilizing activities have increased significantly.
“Poland’s positions are strong, and it is essential that we are working together to guarantee security. We are also coordinating our diplomatic efforts ahead of the EU-level meetings in Brussels,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted.
