President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, where they discussed strengthening electronic warfare capabilities, new sanctions against Russian weapons manufacturers, and supplying the Armed Forces with long-range drones for next year.

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska opened the International Cultural Diplomacy Forum – an annual professional conference that brings together leading Ukrainian and international experts to discuss ideas, challenges, and the future of international cultural relations.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked the warriors for their service and for defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our state, and congratulated them on Territorial Defense Day, which is observed in Ukraine every year on the first Sunday of October.

The Head of State noted that readiness to defend one’s country, the resilience and courage of our warriors, and people’s character and skills all begin with education. The President thanked educators for their daily contribution to shaping the consciousness of Ukrainians.
