President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a discussion with the American side – Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent, Jared Kushner, and BlackRock Chairman and CEO Larry Fink.

From the Ukrainian side, the participants included: Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko; Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Taras Kachka; Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha; Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture Oleksii Sobolev; First Deputy Foreign Minister Sergiy Kyslytsya; Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andrii Hnatov; and Advisor to the Cabinet of the President at the Office of the President of Ukraine Oleksandr Bevz.
The Head of State noted that this, in fact, could be considered the first meeting of the group that will work on the document concerning the reconstruction and economic recovery of Ukraine. The teams discussed in detail the key elements for recovery, various mechanisms, and their visions for reconstruction. There are many ideas that, with the right approach, could be successfully implemented in Ukraine.

Separately, Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that Ukraine has already updated its reflections on the 20 basic points of the framework document for ending the war. It is overall security that will define economic security and underpin a safe business environment.
The parties also agreed on the next contacts between the teams. The President assured that, as always, there will be no delays on Ukraine’s side. Ukraine is working to deliver results.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked President of the United States Donald Trump and his team for their substantive work and support.
