President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone conversation with Andrej Babiš, leader of the party that won the recent parliamentary elections in the Czech Republic.
The Head of State congratulated Andrej Babiš and his party on their electoral victory and wished them success.
Andrej Babiš praised Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s leadership and the bravery of the Ukrainian people in their struggle against Russian aggression. He stressed the importance of achieving a just peace as soon as possible.
The President provided an update on Ukraine’s diplomatic efforts to secure peace in cooperation with the United States, Europe, and other countries, as well as on the overall diplomatic situation.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Andrej Babiš agreed to discuss further cooperation during a personal meeting in the near future.
