In Brussels, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with Prime Minister of Slovakia Robert Fico.
The Head of State spoke about diplomatic efforts for peace. The President and the Prime Minister discussed the outcomes of the G7 Summit held in Évian.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked Slovakia for its support of Ukraine’s European integration and for the opening of the first negotiation cluster. Our country is ready to open the remaining clusters and expects progress in the near future.
The leaders noted the importance of humanitarian assistance from Slovakia to Ukraine, including the delivery of medical equipment to a hospital in the Vinnytsia region.
Particular attention was paid to mutually beneficial cooperation in the energy sector, including the development of cross-border infrastructure.
The leaders also discussed preparations for the next round of Ukrainian–Slovak intergovernmental consultations. Volodymyr Zelenskyy invited Robert Fico to visit Ukraine.
