President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held phone calls with President of Finland Alexander Stubb and Prime Minister of Norway Jonas Gahr Støre.

In the Lyman sector, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the commanders of the 1st and 2nd National Guard Corps (“Azov” and “Khartiia”), the 3rd, 11th, and 19th Army Corps of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the commander of the 66th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Mstyslav the Brave of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the commanders of battalions and companies of the brigade.

At the command post of the 66th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Mstyslav the Brave, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, together with Minister of Defense Yevhenii Khmara, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi, and Commander of the Airborne Assault Forces Oleh Apostol, met with the warriors of this unit and the 60th Separate Inhulets Mechanized Brigade carrying out missions in the Lyman sector.

The final three categories opened were claims by the State of Ukraine: “Other losses of property,” “Environmental damage,” and “Pillaging and/or appropriation of natural resources.” Claims in these categories may be submitted by the State, central, regional and local authorities, as well as state and municipal institutions and organizations.
