President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands.
The President thanked His Majesty and the Netherlands for being one of Ukraine’s closest and most reliable partners. The President emphasized that we value all the assistance provided. It is important that we can be confident that support for our people will continue.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about the conditions Ukrainians live in under Russian missile and drone attacks. That is why it is especially important right now to swiftly implement all decisions that help protect lives, particularly decisions related to air defense.
The President also briefed the King on diplomatic efforts with partners to achieve peace, including preparations for a trilateral meeting of technical teams from Ukraine, the United States, and Russia in November. The Head of State stressed the importance of this meeting delivering concrete results and laying the groundwork for a subsequent meeting at the leaders’ level.
