President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone call with Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sánchez.
Pedro Sánchez is currently in Angola, where the EU–African Union Summit is taking place. The Prime Minister informed the President about contacts among partners, during which the key focus has been on Ukraine.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy briefed Pedro Sánchez on the course and results of yesterday’s meetings in Geneva and noted that he expects a detailed report from the Ukrainian delegation within the hour.
The leaders emphasized the importance of the fact that, alongside Ukraine, other Europeans are also engaged in contacts with the American team. After all, Ukraine’s future lies in the European Union, and issues of the shared security of Ukraine and all of Europe are being decided right now.
