At the command post of the 79th Tavriyska Separate Air Assault Brigade, which is taking part in the defense of Myrnohrad and the Dobropillia counteroffensive operation, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the warriors of the brigade.
The Head of State received a report from Brigade Commander Eduard Kolodii and spoke with the battalion commanders.
The President and the military discussed the implementation of decisions on allocating additional funds for each battalion engaged in combat.
Special attention was given to providing all the necessary components for repairing Western equipment and to methods of protecting armored vehicles from Russian drones.
In addition, the discussion addressed the implementation of the President’s instruction to minimize the time between nominating warriors for awards and their actual presentation.
