President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with President of Finland Alexander Stubb, during which they discussed support for Ukrainians across various areas.
The Ukrainian leader thanked Finland for all the assistance provided to Ukraine, including the recent 32nd package of military aid. It is important that all agreements are delivered consistently and on time. Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Alexander Stubb discussed continued support for Ukraine and joint weapons production.
The leaders also addressed diplomatic work. The Head of State began with a detailed briefing on the negotiation process. The conversation focused on improving coordination of European efforts in this area. The President of Finland assured his readiness to provide whatever support is necessary to achieve peace.
The meeting also covered the urgent implementation of the decision to allocate EUR 90 billion in financial support to Ukraine, so that these funds can begin contributing to the collective security of all European countries.
Special attention was given to the consequences of Russian strikes on Ukraine and the situation on the front lines. The Ukrainian leader briefed his counterpart on Russian losses, while Alexander Stubb praised the courage of Ukrainian warriors and their role in deterring Russia on the battlefield.
