President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone call with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked the UAE President for his complete understanding of the situation and for supporting our efforts to achieve peace and greater security.
"Ukraine always helps those who help us. This year, Ukrainians have made a significant contribution to the security of our partners in the Gulf region. Now, we discussed how the UAE can help us in Europe, particularly in the Black Sea region. This concerns food security, the security of maritime routes, and expanding our ability to protect lives," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
The Presidents also discussed bilateral projects in various fields and agreed to continue cooperation to ensure everything is successfully implemented.
