President Vučić and I discussed our bilateral cooperation with Serbia – things that can make our infrastructure stronger, including our ports and railways in both countries, and strengthen our economies and security overall.

Our FREYJA program – a joint European anti-ballistic system – is already actively underway. Ten countries are already involved, and more of our partners will join – those capable of providing real support. We've already agreed on that.

We are in contact with President Trump’s envoys every day, and that is important. At the meeting in Washington, we discussed how new circumstances could be created to enable real diplomacy. We are working to make all this happen. Budanov, Umerov, Arakhamiia, and Kyslytsya delivered reports – each on their respective elements of the negotiation track – on where we currently stand in the negotiations and what is happening in Moscow regarding its attitude toward the negotiations.

All of us are now engaged in diplomacy – the President, the Government, Parliament, our teams, very often our journalists, Ukrainian businesses, and civil society. Ukrainian warriors, of course, whose strength enables Ukraine to endure. But the role of professional, systematic, career diplomacy is, of course, important and irreplaceable. Please make our diplomacy consistent, effective, and victorious.

This Russian terror demands a response – a real response from the world. Of course, we see every leader and every country that responds. But the only strong and just response – the one that truly achieves its goal and helps people – is additional support for us here in Ukraine, for our people, for our state.

What matters most, however, is not mere sympathy and condemnation, but air defense missiles and pressure on Russia that can stop this dumb Russian war, all their strikes and their terror.

It is crucial that, together with our partners, we exert enough pressure on Russia so that the idea of ending this aggression becomes the dominant one – the idea of peace, not of another Russian mobilization. Our long-range operations and our mid-range strikes are helping with this.

The strike may take place today – we have preliminary information that it could happen within the next 48 hours. Please take care of yourselves and pay attention to air raid alerts.

We truly appreciate having the Taoiseach of Ireland here with us. I recently visited Ireland, and we are very grateful for this long-standing support.

We need decisions to bring about peace. Ukraine has been ready for this for a long time, and we are doing everything we can to ensure this war ends with dignity.
