On Ukrainian Statehood Day, the President and First Lady, Together with Leaders and Representatives of Partner Countries, Honored the Memory of Fallen Ukrainian Warriors

On Ukrainian Statehood Day and the Day of the Baptism of Kyivan Rus–Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska, together with leaders and representatives of partner countries, honored the memory of fallen Ukrainian warriors.

On July 15, Kyiv welcomed President of Albania Bajram Begaj, President of Moldova Maia Sandu, President of Romania Nicușor Dan, Prime Minister of Slovenia Janez Janša, Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for European Affairs of North Macedonia Bekim Sali, Deputy Prime Minister for Foreign and European Affairs of Montenegro Filip Ivanović, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria Velislava Petrova-Chamova, French President’s Special Envoy for Aid and Reconstruction of Ukraine Muriel Lacoue-Labarthe, and Holy See's Special Envoy Cardinal Matteo Zuppi.

The President, the First Lady, and the foreign guests laid flowers at the Wall of Remembrance and observed a moment of silence to honor the fallen warriors.
