President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decrees enacting decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine to impose sanctions on Russian entities that support the enemy’s military-industrial complex, facilitate sanctions evasion, conduct illegal business activities in temporarily occupied territories, and were involved in the construction of the Kerch Bridge.

The sanctions package targeting the military-industrial complex includes 26 individuals and 31 legal entities. Among them are companies producing unmanned robotic systems – underwater, surface, and aerial – as well as the software used to operate them.

The list also includes companies that manufacture and service various types of weapons, including electronic warfare systems, air defense systems, armored vehicles, submarines, ships, auxiliary fleet vessels, port equipment, and related components.

In addition, sanctions have been imposed on enterprises in the aviation sector – manufacturers and repairers of components for helicopters of the Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-171, Mi-172, and Mi-14 series.

Another sanctions decision targets 7 individuals and 11 legal entities – companies and their executives who facilitate sanctions evasion. Among them are manufacturers of components for Kh-101, Kh-59M2/M2A, and Iskander-K missiles. The list also includes companies engaged in illegal business activities in temporarily occupied territories and those involved in the construction of the Crimean Bridge.

Ukraine will provide partners with all necessary information to synchronize sanctions across international jurisdictions.

“These sanctions strike at the core of Russia’s military-industrial complex – from weapons manufacturers and critical component suppliers to networks that enable sanctions evasion. We are systematically closing these channels, including activities in temporarily occupied territories. Pressure will only increase – both from our side and together with our partners,” said Vladyslav Vlasiuk, Advisor – Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for Sanctions Policy.
