President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone call with President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Ursula von der Leyen exchanged assessments on some of the most important issues between Ukraine and the European Union, and also discussed the challenges arising from the events in the Middle East and the Gulf region. The President emphasized that it is now important for everyone in Europe to maintain a very substantive coordination.

The Head of State and the President of the European Commission agreed on further joint steps and decisions.
