Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Commanders of the 82nd Bukovynska Separate Air Assault Brigade Discussed the Situation Within the Brigade’s Area of Responsibility and the Brigade’s Needs

At the command post of the 82nd Bukovynska Separate Air Assault Brigade, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy received a report from Acting Brigade Commander Yehor Nozdriakov on the situation within the brigade’s area of responsibility.

The Head of State discussed with the commanders the brigade’s needs, as well as changes in approaches to contract service, possible new formats, and additional conditions.

Special attention was given to implementing the decision on a simplified procedure for combat brigades to purchase pickup trucks, which was approved at the meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff last month.

In addition, the discussion focused on protecting warriors on the frontline from drones, in particular special ammunition and portable electronic warfare systems.
