President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone call with President of Finland Alexander Stubb.
The Ukrainian leader thanked the President of Finland for the support package to help protect our skies and briefed him on Russia’s latest attacks.
“We’ll receive ammunition for our F-16s in the coming days. This is what’s currently enabling us to shoot down jet-powered “shaheds,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted.
The leaders discussed a new challenge: additional revenue for Russia from oil product exports that can be used to finance further Russian aggression. Preparations for meetings are underway, and steps that could be useful under the current circumstances are being coordinated.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked Alexander Stubb for his support. The President of Ukraine underscored the importance of continuing joint efforts to protect people and limit Russia’s ability to wage this horrific war.
