President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy accepted the letters of credence from the newly appointed Ambassadors: Tolezhan Barlybayev of Kazakhstan and Robert Müller of Austria.
The Head of State congratulated the Ambassadors on the beginning of their diplomatic missions in Ukraine. Ukraine looks forward to effective and close cooperation.
During the conversation with the Ambassador of Kazakhstan, they discussed strengthening bilateral trade and resuming the work of the intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation between Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
They also discussed the participation of Kazakh companies in Ukraine’s recovery.
Special attention was paid to humanitarian cooperation and the continuation of the program for the rehabilitation of Ukrainian children in Kazakhstan.
During the meeting with the Ambassador of Austria, the President expressed gratitude to Austria for the humanitarian and financial assistance provided since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion, as well as for the treatment and rehabilitation of children.
They separately discussed the possibility of Austrian businesses participating in Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Robert Müller paid particular attention to developing cooperation between the two countries in various areas and sectors.
