In New York, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with U.S. Special Presidential Envoy, General Keith Kellogg.
The Head of State thanked Keith Kellogg for his support and assistance and separately acknowledged the efforts of U.S. President Donald Trump to bring the war to an end and stop the killings.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy briefed him on the situation at the front. Keith Kellogg noted the successes of Ukrainian warriors in the counteroffensive operation.
Special attention was devoted to the development of cooperation between Ukraine and the United States, in particular an agreement on drones and an agreement on the procurement of American weapons. The President stressed that Ukraine is very interested in concluding these agreements in the near future. They also discussed security guarantees and the protection of Ukraine’s skies.
