On his way to Brussels, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone call with President of Finland Alexander Stubb.

The leaders discussed the outcomes of the G7 Summit in France and the key agreements reached there.

“If everything we discussed at this Summit and in the G7 meetings is implemented, it will clearly bring positive results for our countries, for Europe, and globally,” the President of Ukraine said.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed that the key priority is to end Russia’s war against Ukraine with a dignified peace and to stabilize international relations.

“This can only be achieved together – the United States, Ukraine, and the whole of Europe, our key partners in the G7 and worldwide. Europe must be strongly represented in the negotiations. In the coming days, we will try to begin implementing some new ideas,” the Head of State emphasized.
