President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting on the security situation in the Dnipro region.

Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, reported on measures to strengthen the protection of critical infrastructure in the region from Russian shelling, dealing with the aftermath of enemy strikes, strengthening electronic warfare capabilities, and their deployment across the region.
Oleksandr Hanzha informed that road repairs are ongoing in the Dnipro region, along with the installation of anti-drone corridors, in line with requests from the military command.
“We discussed logistics in detail – all types of logistics – including the supply of our positions, as well as issues such as road repairs across the entire frontline area. The Dnipro region, in particular, needs to do more in this regard; the quality of roads directly affects the speed of evacuation of wounded warriors above all,” the President emphasized.
The Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration also reported on the evacuation of residents from designated settlements and on strengthening the protection of infrastructure facilities in line with the region’s Resilience Plan.

Commander of the Air Command “East,” Serhii Riabko, reported on the air defense capabilities in the Dnipro region.
Commander of Operation Task Force “East,” Viktor Nikoliuk, reported on the operational situation in the defense sector.
Commander of the Operation Task Force “South,” Mykhailo Sydorenko, reported on the situation in the areas of Stepnohirsk, Orikhiv, and Huliaipole. He also briefed the President on the situation in the Black Sea, Russia’s attempts to target vessels, and Ukraine’s actions to protect civilian shipping.
Acting Head of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in the region, Dmytro Nievedrov, and Acting Head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the region, Oleksandr Myrhorodskyi, reported on counter-sabotage and counterterrorism efforts, preventing enemy attempts to recruit Ukrainians, and the overall criminal situation in the region.
