President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed three decrees enacting decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine to impose sanctions on vessels of Russia’s shadow fleet, companies and individuals linked to the Russian state corporation Rostec, and propagandists who justify Russia’s aggression.

The state will continue to support the Plast movement in Ukraine, which should expand its reach in communities and the Ukrainian diaspora and engage as many children and young people as possible.
